Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of sunnyct.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned byOleksandr Skrypnyk, founder of SunNY Consulting (the “Owner”). By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, theUkrainian version prevails.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site is informational: it describes SunNY Consulting’s services, approach and completed projects, and lets you request a consultation.

Information on the Site is not a public offer within the meaning of Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. The scope, timing, fees and other terms of services are agreed individually and set out in a separate agreement. The free consultation is introductory and creates no obligations for either party.

2. Information on the Site

Site materials are general in nature and are not individual legal, financial, tax or other professional advice on your situation. Case studies reflect specific projects; results depend on each business’s circumstances and are not a guarantee of a similar outcome.

We strive to keep the information current but do not guarantee that it is complete or free of inaccuracies, and we may change it without notice.

3. Intellectual property

Texts, design, photographs, graphics, the logo and the name “SunNY Consulting” are protected by the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights” and other intellectual property law. You may view Site materials for personal reference. Quotation is permitted to the extent justified by its purpose, with a link to the Site. Any other use — copying, distribution, adaptation or commercial use — requires the Owner’s written permission.

Client company names and trademarks belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe completed projects.

4. Rules of use

When using the Site you agree:

• to provide accurate data in the forms and not to submit other people’s personal data without their consent;
• not to send spam, advertising, malicious code or unlawful material;
• not to interfere with the Site or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

5. Personal data

How the personal data you provide through the Site is processed is described in the Privacy Policy. Information on cookies is on the Cookies page.

6. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party services such as Telegram, LinkedIn and Google Maps. The Owner does not control these resources and is not responsible for their content or data practices. Please review the terms of each service before using it.

7. Liability

The Site is provided “as is”. The Owner does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site and is not liable for losses arising from its temporary unavailability or from the use of information on it, to the extent permitted by the law of Ukraine. These Terms do not limit any rights that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner established by the law of Ukraine.

9. Changes to the Terms

The Owner may change these Terms. A new version takes effect when published on this page; its date is shown at the top.
